Gone are the days where having a band website is a novelty, or a  thing to be marveled and applauded. If you don't have Myspace in this crazy rat race, you aint nuffin'.

It has been a quiet few months due to some chronic throat issues; lack of guitar amps; Haigie's various follies; the credit crunch etc, but the Organ lurches on, and new tracks are on the way to your sweet sweet ears.

Oh, and if you really must have it:
where music goes to die

The time has come - new recordings have arrived.

Both Shove it where the head goes and new old song Dada are up at the Myspace page - the first a taster; Dada just a lick - the full meal to come later.

No idea what we're on about? Go see for yourselves.

I have begun to abuse the blog on Closet Organ's Myspace.

Have no fear; the diary will still be the source for all gig-related shenanigans.

Clicky.

Our Myspace page currently is such that you can't see when the blog is updated; this will be rectified in due course.

An end of an era.

The RipOffs are no more. Long live Closet Organ! A change in name and ethic has sorely been required for a long time, and now it has come upon us. The Organ lives.

Do add us on our new Myspace address if you haven't already, at Myspace.com/closetorgan and come along to the grand unveiling, supporting Operator Please at the Glasgow Barfly on the 11th of September. Forget any connotations this date may have... for it is the day of the birth of the Closet Organ - more details on the gigs page.
